Our rescue centre is struggling to meet the needs of so many babies under the tender age of three. The problem is, they’re too young for intensive Jungle School lessons. They’re too little to play with the boisterous older orangutans. They’re too vulnerable to go outside during heavy rains without their mother’s protection. And, with so many babies to take care of, our dedicated babysitters find it hard to give them enough playtime.
Without ample company and stimulation, their healthy development is at risk. These babies desperately need a dedicated space where they can learn essential skills and play together.
