Welcome to the Busang–Wehea South Rainforest in Borneo
This forest is one of the last remaining strongholds for Critically Endangered Bornean orangutans and many other threatened species.
And we need your help to protect it, with a small monthly gift.
By protecting this land, you are helping create a secure home for wildlife, while also supporting rainforest communities to thrive in harmony with nature. Plus, protecting rainforests is one of the most effective ways to fight climate change too!
Together with our partners, the Center for Orangutan Protection, Orang Utan Republik Foundation, and the HOPE Foundation, we are protecting two connected forest areas covering 100,000 hectares. The Busang-Wehea North Ecosystem, and the Busang-Wehea South Ecosystem.
But this is just the beginning.
With your help, we are working to secure an extraordinary 2 million-heactare Ecosystem. Large enough to sustain healthy forests and viable populations of Critically Endangered species in the wild, for generations to come.
